Step 1: quote and online order
Configure your ideal sail or sails in just a few clicks, with personalised support available by email or phone if needed.
Your order will be confirmed upon payment of a deposit of 1/3 of the total order amount.
Step 2: control measurements and design
Control measurements will be requested in order to design a sail perfectly tailored to your specifications and chosen finishes.
Step 3: cutting and manufacturing
Our workshop carries out laser cutting and assembly of your sails in accordance with our specifications and ISO 9001 standards. Once this stage is complete, we will ask you to settle the remaining balance of your order.
Step 4: delivery or collection
You are welcome to collect your order in La Rochelle, or have it delivered to the address of your choice. The average sail manufacturing lead time is 4 weeks, which begins once you have provided the control measurements and paid your deposit.
Delivery time is in addition to the manufacturing lead time, as it depends on the carrier selected and your delivery location.
