GUARANTEE

Sail guarantee:
each sail commercialized by SAILONET is sold with a two-year guarantee.
The guarantee concerns the cloth, as well as the accessories and supplies originally fitted on the sail.

Accessory guarantee:
each textile sail loft accessory (lazy bags, covers, bags, spinnaker socks) is sold with a 6 month guarantee.

Any damage resulting from poor or unsuitable use is not guaranteed.

For your guarantee to be valid, you must necessarily contact us before carrying out any intervention on the sail.

Any intervention on a sail or an accessory under guarantee will be subject to our formal and written agreement, or the guarantee will be rendered null and void.

Shipment or transport costs are not covered by the sail or accessory guarantee.
