Unless otherwise specified, the prices are VAT included and can be reviewed at any time. They include departure from Les SABLES D'OLONNE (F.-85).
The prices given on the quote are valid for a 30 day period from the date of the quote. The price given when the order is recorded is definite and final.
Except in the case of prior agreement or specific financing, a 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering. It may be paid directly online, by cheque, or by bank transfer to our account. The balance is payable before your order is dispatched, or you can pay cash on delivery with a surcharge.
The delivery period starts from the moment the order is received with the deposit and the full measurements provided by the client in accordance with the specifications detailed in Sailonet's documents. The goods travel at the recipient's risk.
In the event of dispute, the court of La Roche sur Yon (85) will be the only court to have jurisdiction whatever the place of delivery.
